Giveaway Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
This giveaway is Open to Canadian residents excluding Quebec, who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of Found in Translation and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to enter
No purchase necessary. Eligible participants may enter during the giveaway period by:

Signing up for the Found in Translation newsletter via our official website.
Limit one entry per person, regardless of method.
3. Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on 8th August 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and closes on 21st August 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Giveaway Period”). Entries received after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.
4. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) set of books, retail value approximately $34 CAD. The exact titles of the books will not be revealed until the prize is delivered. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted for cash or credit.
5. Winner Selection
On or about 22 August 2025, one (1) eligible entry will be randomly selected from all valid entries received. The selected entrant will be contacted via the method used to enter (Instagram direct message or email) and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize.
6. Skill Testing Question
In order to be declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by Found in Translation.
7. Delivery of Prize
The winner must provide a valid Ontario mailing address for prize delivery. Prizes will only be shipped within Ontario, Canada.
8. General Conditions
Found in Translation reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this giveaway at any time for any reason. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the decisions of Found in Translation, which are final.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected for the purposes of this giveaway (such as email address or mailing address) will be used solely for administering the giveaway, delivering the prize, and (if consent is given) adding entrants to our newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.
10. Social Media Disclaimer
This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other social media platform. By entering, you release Instagram from any responsibility related to this giveaway.
11. Governing Law
This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations, and is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.
